Michael John Grist is a British/American writer living in Tokyo, Japan. He writes weird and unusual fiction set in off-beat worlds. Other stories by him have recently appeared in Reflection's Edge here and here,  The Nautilus Engine, and at Atom Jack.

He's currently working on a novel of connected short stories titled 'Jabbler's Mons', of which Celibate Jayne will be a part. The story at Atom Jack—Killin Jack the Malakite—is set in the same world.
